Would you like to become a supplier for general requirements and services?

Registering in our supplier management system SMaRT is the first step in establishing a straightforward, transparent collaboration. The SMaRT tool will ask for information about your company and the commodity groups your services fall under. Once you've registered, you will be able to see documents in SMaRT that we provide only to registered suppliers.

Calloutteaser - General requirements and services

DB AG has established a qualification system in accordance with Section 48 of the Rules on Awarding Contracts in Transport, Drinking Water Supply and Energy Supply ("SektVO"), referred to as the prequalification process or PQQ process for short, for qualifying suppliers for various areas of goods and services. The PQQ process ensures that competent, high-performing, and reliable companies that wish to participate in competitive contract award procedures are identified independently of the contract award. The overview above shows the commodity groups to which this applies. Prequalification does not automatically entitle suppliers to a contract. Supplier eligibility for all other goods and services is usually determined as part of contract award procedures. Contracts are awarded in accordance with applicable procurement law.
