Register as a supplier with Deutsche Bahn quickly and fully digitally via our Supplier Management and Rating Tool (SMaRT). 
You can easily provide information about your company and service portfolio and keep it up to date at any time. This ensures that your data remains accurate and complete at all times.

To register your company as a supplier with Deutsche Bahn, you complete the registration process directly within SMaRT. 
The system guides you step by step through all required information in a clear and user-friendly way. 

At the beginning of the registration, you enter your address, tax, and user details. You will then receive an activation email. 
Once your account has been activated, you can log in via the SMaRT homepage and continue your registration step by step. 

Note: Please note that registering in the SMaRT system does not legally entitle you to take part in a tender process, be considered for a contract award, or be guaranteed a contract. If you would like to participate in contract awards, please register in the bidder portal.
