The following information regarding accessibility applies to the Deutsche Bahn supplier portal.
DB Procurement/FE, as part of the Deutsche Bahn Group, has implemented adjustments and improvements to comply with the Accessibility Enhancement Act (the act to implement Directive (EU) 2019/882 of the European Parliament and of the Council on accessibility requirements for products and services; known as BFSG) and the BFSGV (ordinance on accessibility requirements for products and services according to the Accessibility Enhancement Act).
With these actions, Deutsche Bahn aims to fulfill its societal responsibility as Germany's largest mobility service provider, ensuring that all individuals have equal access to our information and digital services.
We adhere to the technical requirements for accessibility stated by the harmonized European standard EN 301 549 and follow the current WCAG guidelines version 2.2, compliance level AA.
This application largely complies with the criteria of the current WCAG. It is subjected to continuous self-assessment and review processes to optimize compliance with the requirements. Despite our efforts, users may still encounter barriers during usage.

Descriptions and Explanations Necessary for Understanding the Service: This website provides information for existing and potential suppliers of Deutsche Bahn. This includes details such as general contract conditions, prequalification requirements, demand focuses, sustainability, accounting, quality assurance, etc.
Description of How the Service Meets Accessibility Requirements: The creation of the DB supplier portal website considers digital accessibility according to the Accessibility Enhancement Act and the BFSGV. A review by an expert test is planned shortly.
