    As part of the implementation of our new master data system, a technical transition phase is required, which necessitates a temporary system freeze.During the period from 13 May to 31 May 2026, no registration requests will be processed in SMaRT.

    What does this mean for you as a supplier? 

    Registration via SMaRT remains possible at any time. However, your requests will not be processed during the above-mentioned period and will be handled successively from 01 June 2026 onwards, which may result in waiting times.

    We recommend registering at an early stage if you intend to participate in ongoing or upcoming tenders.
