The bidder portal lists all DB contract award procedures that have also been advertised EU-wide or nationally. You must first register before you can submit a request to participate or a bid.

As a basic principle, the documents can be freely accessed. Any contract award procedures not published EU-wide or nationally are not listed on the portal. Access is only provided via an invitation to tender (request for proposal) and by registering on the bidder portal.

• If prequalified (PQQ process) via our supplier management tool SMaRT (for which you need to register separately), you can also be invited to non-published contract award procedures.
